I know this was covered a number of years ago but I thought maybe a newer solution has been found. Has anyone identified a source to replace or repair the LED 3rd light JUST TOP JS-199? TIA

The answer is yes. Take it off, purchase one from many sources example (etrailer.com) 15" or longer splice in the wires and cover the original hole with it .
