I have a 2002 Contessa with 370hp Cummins ISL. I see references here to the Aladdin or Silverleaf system, but I don't think I have either one. I just have a backup camera view on the small monitor on my dash. I just want to be sure that it is something I don't have. How can I tell if I do have it?

Andy,
The 02 Contessa brochure (find on BAC Web page, About, Monaco History) lists an electronic engine monitor as standard equipment. I'm pretty sure they used a Silverleaf in 02, like they did in 01. The picture is of our 01 Contessa. The Silverleaf display is the small screen to the right of the steering wheel. If they switched to an Aladdin in 02, it's most likely combined with the BU camera and/or a screen that is part of the radio.

Thank you for the info on the brochure! My dash is different and it would seem this is due to having the Cummins engine. At the end of the brochure it lists changes with the Cummins engine including deleting the engine monitor.
My radio is where the silverleaf screen is in your picture and I have what appears to be a black and white monitor in the upper left of the dash which is only the backup camera image.
There is an engine diag toggle button on the dash but that doesn't seem to do anything as far as I've been able to figure out.
