Has anyone had to replace the grab bar on the outside of the entrance door? Is so where did you purchase? I have a 2006 Monterey and the polycarbonate handle broke in two pieces cutting my wife's hand. So you know why I am in a hurry to replace.
I ordered one from REV and it was shipped promptly. Several problems, the flat groove was cut on the wrong side of the polycarbonate handle making it so BEAVER was read on the backside of the handle not the front and the angle is incorrect so the handle can't be installed parallel to the side of the coach.
I will be calling REV on Monday to see if all are wrong or just the one they sent me.

Tom,
If REV is a dead end, try BCS. They may have some in stock. If you don't need the Beaver logo on it this thread may help. http://beaveramb.org/forum/index.php/topic,5695.msg42644.html#msg42644

I replaced the acrylic part on the outside door handle with a 10 inch by one inch piece of clear rod purchased on eBay for less than $10. One end had to be believed slightly with a rasp to fit the chrome mount. A very simple repair. My post was Nov 19, 2014 I believe.

We bought ours from: (company unknown) 2101 Industrial Parkway, Elkhart, IN 46516 Phone: 574-295-0234
Sorry, we don't remember company name but purchased 4 (2 with Beaver on them) and 2 plain about 6 years ago. I change them when they start looking like they have been scratched because those are small cracks and I don't want one shattering when someone is using it to enter the coach.

REV came through and found one that was manufactured correctly. It is on and works great.
