Title: Dometic deforster heater elament

Our Dometic refrigerator has a call code of "call 13," the ref. is still working haven't called Dometic as yet, I'm sure of the answer. Looking for suggestions as to where to start looking.  Part # 3850675012 Defroster hearing element

We are having a plate full of crow.  After my first attempt to contact Demetic, I know I could do better. After searching several web sites, and a lot of frustration. I called Dometic again. Went through everything , The Lady could not have been more knowable, nice, and helpful. Had it in stock, told me what it looked like. Out of 4 heaters on a NDA 1402, she had done this before. The part will be here Friday.  Very satisfied.
