Title: Shower Head replacement

I need to replace my shower head. It has the vertical bar and the head hangs on a pin and I can't find that style, all the vertical bar types I find the head sits down in a cradle of sorts.
Anyone know a source/model?

If I cant, how is the vertical bar attached to the shower wall? Is it easy to replace

On our '04 Monterey we had the plastic pin style.  It broke and Delta sent me a new one.   

Every shower I've ever seen comes apart with small Allenhead set screws.  Behind what comes apart are normally they screws that hold it to the wall.
