Title: CAT Engine Service Victoria, BC

Currently in Victoria, BC en route to cross country trek to Maritimes. Looking for a CAT mechanic in area to diagnose and service an engine surging issue when stopped at stop light. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Tried Finning, P&R and BMT to no avail. TIA
