Title: Flasher relay

Just had a new clock spring installed and now my turn signals and flashers quit working. I'm thinking it might be a bad flasher relay. Where is it located on a 2006 Patriot Thunder?

I have a 2005 - I believe this is the flasher - the wires going to it are identified as "turn signal".

It is located under the removable panel just above the center dash panel.
