My Aladdin system in working in all the other areas except the screen for the AC/Solar/House Batteries. I have check the plugs on the two affected modules and all seem well.
Puzzled, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Have you tried resetting the Aladdin?

I have tried resetting and also turning off the batteries for several days. No info.

There are Aladdin guides in the Coach Assist section here. It sounds like an issue with a connection between the DC Interface Module and it’s Bus Tap. But is the status lamp lit on the DC Interface Module?
If needed I can photograph and attach here the wiring diagram for ours, which is only a year newer and in most regards little different from your coach.

I will check that when I get some time this weekend, I have been wondering about a bus failure. There are two side by side at the bottom of the Aladdin equipment wall, can we just use the other one to test? If I order one on line from the salvage yard, will they interchange or do I have to look for the same numbers?

I’ve never had to deal with a module problem, but don’t know why one couldn’t switch bus taps to see if the issue persists, as long as one keeps track of which cables go where. It may just be a pin connection either corroded or loose. But since all the features you say are nonfunctional are together in limited places, including cable and connectors from module to bus tap, that’s why if it were me I’d be exploring those connectors first.
I’m not sure but what the connectors may be commonly available, even if Aladdin modules aren’t, if replacement seems the prudent fix. Also I think at one time I read there are tools out there for repairing/removal/implacement of pins and sleeves, if that’s how the connectors in this case work.
I refer you to page 10 of the troubleshooting guide: http://beaveramb.org/Data/PDF%20Manuals/Aladdin%20Troubleshooting.pdf

I had a similar problem caused by a water leak due to a cracked plastic check valve for the black water flush system. I found one through ebay which I crossed my fingers for and purchased. fortunately it worked. The check valve was replaced with a brass unit made in the USA.
