So the last couple of days while plugged into 50 amp shore power, Leg A has been showing very high amp output, 180-199 amps. Leg B has shown no Amp output. No breakers have tripped. Unhooked shore power and shut off 12 Volt breakers. I reconnected everything and Leg A showed what was normal amp output based on current load, but would shoot up to extremely high amps after a few minutes. Leg B never showed any amp usage. The batteries are fully charged ar 12.8 volts. The monitor panel is old analog display panel. Should I be concerned. The inverter/charger is shut off completely because charger does not work only inverter works. Batteries are hooked up to 3 stage auto charger. Thanks

There is no way you could be getting 180+ amps at 120V (or 240V) and not trip the circuit breaker. I would say the incoming voltage/amperage is fine, and that your monitoring system is going flaky.
If you don't have one of those Progressive Industries (or similar) Shore Power protectors - this would be a good time to consider getting one for peace of mind. http://www.progressiveindustries.net/ems-pt50x
The Surge Guard model has an error read out for high current too. https://rvpower.southwire.com/surge-guard-50a-model-34950/
