Title: Fabric wall stains, folex carpet cleaner
Post by: Dwight Lakusta on March 25, 2019, 05:40:00 AM
I read on here somewhere about the folex carpet cleaner how it works well on the stains. Well...... wow.  Spray it on, thick.... let it sit for 30 seconds.... get the wet dry vac out.  And wow. Stains gone.

Worked great.

My DW says to test the surface first in an inconspicuous place per instructions (to be sure it doesn't discolor. We had no issues). We used it on the ceiling vinyl and carpeting. Spray it on, let it sit for a minute then wipe off.

I've used Folex for years with great results but never thought of a wet vac!!  Thanks.

Agree with Jerry that Folex always does the job and have never had it stain anything. We have so much confidence in it that we now never test it, just use it. Wet vac is an excellent idea because we always get it quite wet but let it set and then wipe with a dry & clean terry cloth towel. Never got it so wet it drips however.
