Title: vmax batteries

Hi I have come across this manufacturer and they sell an 8D agm " military grade" battery that is about 100 AH greater than anything else I have seen. It is rated at 350 AH.  Has anyone heard of or have any experience with this manufacturer?

Jim, As you may know, lead acid batteries are well understood, if the weight of your battery is say 10% heavier than another, then there may be some capacity increase. More lead, more capacity. If the same weight, I would be skeptical. Also, you are approaching the cost of lithium....something to check into.
