On a 1998 Beaver Marquis the wood cabinets are getting cloudy and looking white how can I fix this problem?

If problem is on the surface, a good cleaning with Oz cleaner and polish will correct it. But if it is below the surface like from excess moisture, there is no correction short of sanding the finish off and refinishing the wood, and the labor bill on refinishing all of the wood in your coach will be above the coach value.

Steve, While sometimes you have to refinish them, I had a couple of spots like that on mine. Some gentle warming with a heat gun reduced one and eliminated two of my spots.

Anyone know what kind of wood was used to make Beaver cabinets? Our '05 Beaver has cabinets with a 'maple' finish with Mappa Burl inlay. I had to make a small wood panel and I used a maple board and a maple stain (two coats), but the stained and finished board did not match very well. Any ideas?

Try "ZAR" cherry stain if your trying to match cherry wood that has tanned over the years. Have a joyful Christmas!..Fred

Our 01 Contessa had maple finish cabinets. I was unable to find a over the counter stain that matched. I then took a drawer to the local Sherwin Williams store and they mixed up a custom stain that matched perfectly. (Fred is correct re Zar for a cherry stain).
