Title: Help Identifying this?

Does someone know what these wires are for that come out of the Frig vent on roof, the go to a terminal block mounted on side of vent.
Also, I'm in process of replacing old cracked caulking before painting roof.  After removing old caulk, should I paint around vents before applying new caulk or just clean & caulk then paint.

On my 06 Patriot Thunder that lug terminal was the pass through for the main wires from the solar panel into the coach.

 believe its the same here. I pulled solar panel off this AM, it had same color wires coming out of it.

  Fastest route from the roof to the compartments is the refer roof vent.
