Mirror reflection on lower basement doors.
« on: December 23, 2020, 03:58:17 PM »
Good Morning,

I've purchased a 2007 Beaver Marquis Moonstone III and I'm in the process of getting the bodywork repaired.  The passenger side basement doors have a silver mirror strip that was damaged.  I'm trying to find a source for this to replace the damaged ones.

Thank you in advance for any help and I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and safe holiday season.

Mitch.

She's a beauty! As for the SS trim on the baggage doors, a good body shop should be able to fix; other wise, see below:

My body shop is claiming they don't have a source and I referred them to Beave coach sales in Bend, OR as well as contacting Monaco. I plan on stopping by today and talking with them.  I will provide your source in hopes it matches.

Tia and wish you a Merry Christmas.

I would be very leary of a body shop unaware of where to source the SS trim. Obviously very unfamiliar with high end coach body work.

Happy New Years to all!  Thank you for all the input.  I'm going to try local with Fred's suggestion and get this fixed.  Looking forward to taking her out once the body work is done and gremlins have been worked out of her.

Stay safe and fingers crossed 2021 is a GREAT year.

I had to have one replaced and contacted Beaver Coach Sales in Bend, OR.  No idea where they got it or had it made but they got me an exact match on the battery compartment door and that stainless has some angles rather than rectangular.

Mike at BCS parts should be able to help you.
