2000 40ft Marquis Tourmaline power privacy drape will not open to stack position.  On the return pulley, the plastic chain comes out of track at return pulley.  Have contacted AM Source International, cannot get them to respond.  The motor is 12 volt D.C. Model 2050 serial # 0606.  Any help is appreciated.  Jim

Randy
Did your motor seem to be running very slowly prior to replacement?  What was the cost?

Keith,
It was slow before the motor housing broke and its still slow. I'm not impressed with the track system used for a such a heavy curtain, but not looking to redesign it either. I've thought of trying to spay some graphite or some type of lubricant on the track, but that's as far as I've gone with it (just thinking about it)

Hmmmmm, I wonder if this is something to look forward to with mine.  I've noticed that the motor definity gets bogged down when opening and closing.
