Adam,
No primer needed if roof is in decent shape. But apply 2 coats of the Marine Deck paint. First coat will look a bit rough but 2nd coat sets up very smooth. Recommend you remove old dicor, apply new, clean roof, roughen surface with red scotch pads, mask off as needed including roof edges but overlap paint slightly with deck paint to help keep clear coat from peeling. Some have applied the deck paint over the roof radius and ended it at the belt line. More on previous posts re roof painting or Rustoleum.
