Tex-a-clipse

Is anyone interested in seeing the eclipse, April 8, 2024? The eclipse starts in Mexico then transits the hill country of Texas before heading north east. We took the Beaver to the last one (Madras, Or) and it was something to see. We picked to boondock in a field full of wheat stubble, not to good for the dogs feet! Anyway, our plans (still taking shape) would be to arrive in hill country around the first of April and stay for several weeks, as I have yet to see San Antonio, for starters. I was looking at the area around Medina Tx and a campground there called Medina Highpoint. Its north of Medina proper, but close to I-10. Any takers?
