Where is the hyd. oil reservoir for the HWH leveling system on a 99 Marquis? Jacks retracted but will not extend. Been parked for some time.

I found it. Does anyone know how much to add if it is just below the add line?

I'd fill it to at least 3/4" above the add line. Then operate the jacks and rooms, re-check the level and add if required.
