What’s this?

Found under the front dash panel in front of driver. My guess would be ejection seat except it’s too awkward to get to in a hurry. Anyone know?

Looks like the ABS test switch, used by technicians.

ABS Diagnostic code activation switch.  Check circuit ID on wires going into it.
