Has rain or wash water been on your entry door code pad?  They are sensitive and prone to moisture intrusion unless carefully sealed.  When wet the circuits “short across” and cycle door and bay locks on and off.  Ours was replaced twice before a BCS tech put sealant (silicone or Lexel) thoroughly around the inner pad itself and its escutcheon tight against the coach wall.

I’m not sure how the device fastens to the wall, as BCS techs always did it.  It may require access from inside via a panel in the “box” next to the passenger seat.  Others here have repaired components by that route and can advise the best procedure, which may entail removing the seat for ease of access… hopefully not.  There may be online videos that can help.

But getting the keypad unit entirely off the wall would to me seem the proper approach, so it can be opened to dry, and old sealant can be removed and new applied in a thorough manner.  I personally prefer Lexel, but it can set up fast to the point it’s hard to work clean beads;  so plan ahead, work quickly, and use a wet finger to form neat beads.

In my mind there are two parts, the outer escutcheon whose surround seal is obvious to the wall and can be old, porous, or otherwise faulty, and an inner keypad that may not be waterproofed to the escutcheon.  That said, my thinking could be erroneous regarding the keypad mounting/seal;  others here may know better.  What I do know is that when the last tech, well over a decade ago, put ours back together with my request to super seal every possible water entry, the lock cycling ceased.

I keep waiting for more knowledgeable minds to jump in here, but… you might try disconnecting ground terminal 7 and/or 8 on terminal buss 2 (TB2) in the electrical bay, streetside forwardmost.  Or perhaps hot lead at circuit breaker CB17;  be careful with wrenches in there that you don’t inadvertently short across somewhere.  Also relay K20 could be deactivated.

Hopefully one of these moves will shut down the cycling until you or a tech can check out the keypad, or whatever else is causing the issue.  Of course in the interim manual locking/unlocking only will be the norm.

Grant,
Symptoms seem to indicate the keypad may have got wet in the rain and hasn't completely dried out. You may want to remove the outside grab bar and let the keypad completely dry out. Consider replacing the outer gasket too.

You said remove the grab bar? Did you mean the key pad?
Thanks

Some coaches have the keypad in the handle.  Yours does not.  To dry and reseal the pad you'll need to remove it from the wall.  As I noted before, I think you may need to access it from the inside, within the wooden box along the passenger seat wall.  Others here have experience doing that.

Joel, Thanks again. I will try and remove the inside panel and dry out the key pad.
