Parking light gremlin

headlights work but no clearance lights and dash lights flicker.

Replaced headlight switch no change and thoughts where there may be an issue?

The flickering is tell-tail of a bad ground connection somewhere in the circuit.  You might check for corrosion causing high resistance on any connections in your DC electric bay (streetside front), and for loose connections there, on both the ground bus and the positive buses.  The problem in reality is probably elsewhere, but that bay is the easiest place to start, and you can check for voltage leaving the running/parking and inst panel connections/circuit breakers there.

Update....it turned out to be a relay gone bad.  Thanks to Ken and the guys at Beaver Coach Sales for their help!
