Folks,

IHave good water pressure with. My pump, but not so good. With city water. I pulled the fresh water inlet out and noticed a 35 lb regulator there.  Can I buy this inlet with a higher pressure?

We replaced the inlet with a check valve and use a whole house pressure regulator that is adjustable.

Dennis,

I changed my inlet to a 60 pound regulator, which helped water flow.

Hey Guys
Just a little reminder, too much pressure will interfer with you Aqua-Hot/ Hydro- Hot ability to produce hot water,
Pressure cannot exceed 1.5GPM.
Thanks

We use a 65psi city water inlet but cannot tell much difference between that and the older lower psi units made by Shurflo.  It takes 40 to 45 minutes typically to fill a 100 gallon empty water tank measured several times.  We never run the pump and the city pressure at the same time. When connected to city water, we always turn the water pump off.
