I had a fan failure in the heat exchanger next to the drivers seat in a 2005 Monterey. I believe the box is a Heater Craft 900H. I removed the fan and found a ETRI 235DX1LP 11000 fan. I located a supplier at onlinecomponents.com. The price was $37.38 plus $6.95 for shipping. I never had a noise problem before so I'm not to worried that the new fan will be noisy.
