About a month ago I told you about my problems with the front arm of my Girard awning . Thank you all for your response to that. After a real battle, Girard did send me a new arm at no cost. My problem now is putting it on. Steve sent me an email with some advise when the last one was put on, and I lost that email to cyberspace, and would like him to resend it with his phone number., if that is possible.
