This is just a guess....If there is no connection to power under the dash then it is likely that the wires get loomed together into a black plastic sheath (common automotive wire sheath) with others and pick up power in the big electrical bay under the drivers seat. The labeling may give you some insight. The black wire will find its way to the ground buss screw terminal and the white wire will likely be on one of the 12V breakers. If the power to that unit went on and off with the ignition it would be tied to the right buss and if not it is tied to the left buss. There are some individual thermal breakers in this bay also that are a possibility. That is the best I can do....
