horn cap removal from steering wheel

I have 95 Marquis and need to replace signal switch and can't get horn button off does it turn or pop straight up

On our 1997 Patriot it is relatively easy to remove and replace the rubber insert with the beaver on it. You do not have to remove the metal part.

Your 95 Marquis is on a Gillig chassis, so it might be very different than the Magnum chassis that Richard is referring to. I have never removed the horn pad on that model, but I will do some research and get back to you in a day or two.

Blair,
I checked with Ken Carpenter at BCS (Beaver Coach Sales), and he said that you just carefully use a sharp instrument to get under the edge and work the pad loose all of the way around while pulling up to remove the horn pad on your coach.
