I'm trying to figure out whether my coach has an echo charger or not because I think I'm going to get one if not.....I've searched the battery compartment and don't see anything that looks like one...any other ideas of where I might look for it..

There is another charging solution for charging the chassis batteries from the house batteries.  My son and I put one on his motorhome and it has worked for a few years.

TRIK-L-START

A newer one with more capacity, AMP-L-START:

Matt,

Look at both battery banks for a relatively small gauge wire to the positive terminsl on each bank or on the isolator.  If you don't see them, you do not have an echo charger.  Magnum makes a device that will work as well.  Also I used to use a standard AC trickle charger. I permznent attached to the chassis batteries and plugged it into the AC outlet in the bay.  Just like the echo charger and other similar devices,, it only works when AC power is present.
