Clearance or marker lights

There are other threads listing Bargman OEM replacements for part number 59 or 68.  I am a bit confused as our lights dont say any of that on the lenses.  
The only info. stated  is {SAE AP2 - 80} (TL-8).  No manufacturer is shown.  The units measure  (4 5/8 in. X 1 1/2 in.).  Nothing I can find matches the shape and size especialy in LED.

Suggestions anyone?

Pop a lens off and take it to Napa Auto Parts for sizing.  They do carry your size in led.
