Blue Ox baseplates for 2004 PT Cruiser

Just purchased a 2004 PT Cruiser 5 speed manual toad.  I have a Blue Ox tow bar, so we are wondering where the best place to buy the Blue Ox base plates from?  Notice a lot of price differential, some charge for shipping, some have free.  From what I find, looks like about the best pricing is around $380.

Looks like the install will not be too bad. Has anybody done their own?

Personally, I'd order it from Blue Ox or have a Blue Ox dealer order it.  I have a 2003 PT Cruiser and the dealer/installer had to cut two round holes in the lower part of the grill for the attachment bars to go thru to the base plate.  Mine was done in Bend Oregon.  If you would like additional information just give me an email.

Also, a PT Cruiser friend suggested I check AdvenureRV,net in Tennessee, BX1956 base plates for 2001 to 2004 PT Cruiser $322.99 + shipping S52.65

I will compare between the two and let the group know what I find out, now that I have some great leads.

Whatever you do, don't have RV Pro in Vancouver Washington install it for you. They installed a Remco Tow package with a Blue Ox and due to their faulty wiring, would have burned out my Escalade transmission had I not caught the smell of burning wire at the rear coach exhaust pipe where they ran the wires about an inch away from the exhaust. The Tow Control on the dash shorted out and had to be replaced. (NOT BY THEM)
