no aqua hot in the bedroom
« on: May 15, 2016, 05:25:47 PM »
Every time I try to turn the bedroom thermostat to furnace it blows the
fuse controlling the power to the fans.  My circulation pumps are working
for all zones and I have verified that all the zone 2 and 3 fan motors are
ok by jumpering 12v to them from a small battery I carry to operate
an outside water pump.

Chuck,
You may have a short in the wiring between the AH control board and the fan. I don't know what model you have but suggest you check access owners manual to see what connector position fan control (12V) is on at controller PC board and verify those wires are not shorted. Also check carefully at the fan/heat exchanger itself. If you need manuals, see http://www.aquahot.com/Library.aspx
