Puzzling situation and I could use some sage advice.
Three overhead fluorescent fixtures in main cabin. Replaced fluorescent bulbs with LEDs. Disconnected ballasts and fixtures worked fine for months. Stopped working recently. Fuse NOT blown BUT red led in fuse box DOES NOT light up when fuse removed (as it does on all other circuits). Opened fuse box, moved wire from circuit 3 to 13 (open). Fixtures now light up OK BUT red led STILL does not light when fuse removed (lights go off if fuse is removed, however). HELP Please
