04 Monterey Laguna / passenger side bedroom slide inoperative

04 Monterey/Laguna passenger rear bedroom slide inop !

Closed passenger side bedroom slide this am to move to another RV Park. Worked fine.
Upon arrival I was unable to extend that same slide.  No noise when pushing switch in or out.
I removed switch and pulled all three wires and reattached, no help.
I checked 12 volt fuse and it was good.
This is first time this slide has ever failed to open or close.

Would appreciate any ideas or help on how to track down the problem.

 My problem is with the passenger side 4th slide,  not the Driver side " Bed" slide.
Have you had any issues with that slide?

I have three slides - living room/kitchen left and right, and bedroom streetside.  The bed moves out and in with the bedroom slide.  The two living room/kitchen slides are hydraulic and never posed a problem (as long as I remember slides OUT first and IN last).  The bedroom slide is electric and moves very slowly.  That problem related in my prior message was my only problem with any slides.

Recently we could not operate the street side bedroom slide. Power was fine. Opened the closet door so I could get a mirror behind the slide (it was closed) at the scissor arms. One of the arms was completely disconnected from the slide out frame. That has been repaired, thankfully without having to remove the entire slide, and all is well.

If there's no noise heard, not even up front under the steps where the pump and solenoid manifold is, then the pump motor isn't getting power from that switch.  Otherwise I'd suspect the "out" solenoid for that slideout in the manifold.

Good news - Our slide is healed.
As Stan mentioned this slide is a scissor type slide on passenger side opposite Bed slide.
Last night while grilling dinner, I opened the battery bay door to look at the hydraulic unit.
There were two plastic plugs that I assumed were fuses, I opened each and found that they were just electrical connections.
I reattached the connections and forget about my problem until I was getting ready for bed last night.
On a whim I pushed the button to extend the slide and it worked.

It either healed itself or one of the electrical connections was loose and when I opened and closed I renewed the connection.

I'd like to see a photo of the plastic plugs if convenient, as I'm not sure what you're referring to in the battery bay (below the offending slide if I'm understanding you correctly).  I'm not convinced the issue is actually resolved, and you could end up with the slide not retracting when you're trying to pull up stakes to be somewhere else.

Here is picture of hydraulic system for scissor bedroom slide on passenger side.
There are 2 black electrical plugs, 1 has 2 black wires, other black and red.

It would appear that by 2006 they'd shifted that cylinder and it's attendant fittings inside alongside the scissor mechanism.  I now know what you meant by "plastic plugs". 

Being they are outside exposed to the elements and rear tire effluent, I'd clean their pins and sockets.  A touch of Corrosion-X on the pins.  Then reassemble and use a sealing tape or perhaps Lexel around the outermost surface of the connectors, including where the wires enter, to create a closed yet still accessible environment that's unlikely to fail you again.
