In 2013 I bought a used 2012 Mazda III with 4000 miles on it for the purpose of towing behind our Barth DP. After buying it I discovered no one had a baseplate for it. So I called Blue Ox and they confirmed they do not have a baseplate. However, they offered to make one for me for free if I would take my car to them in Pender, NV. They wanted to use my car to make a template to build base plates for the model. But wait... Blue Ox also offered to put it on, give me an Aventa tow bar and tow hitch, and install the running lights on my car... all for free! They also gave us a company car for the day and plant tour. Anyway, we still have the car and everything is working great!
