Surge tank installation
« on: April 22, 2018, 12:33:59 AM »
Finished installing the metal surge tank today I bought from BCS. All went well except for the two smaller hoses near the top that were extremely difficult to fit over the barb fittings. So, I cut off about an inch on each hose, heated them up with a hairdryer and pushed as far as I could. I was able to get the hoses to barely surpass the barbs and that is where I clamped them. I hope that they will not cause a problem by not pushing all the way up to the tank...  which I probably would never be able to accomplish.
