Hydralic assit brakes

Does the power steering and hydraulics for the bake assist all come from the fluid box back by the leveler pump in the service bay?  If not, where do you check the fluid level for those?

There are three different systems.  The power steering hydraulic system reservoir is the large tank in the service Bay.  The jack's are a separate system behind the service bay. The brake hydraulic system is behind front cap on the firewall.  Hope this helps.

Is the power steering an electronic power steering? There is no pump on the engine!!

No, the power steering is hydraulic.

Mark,
The power steering, the hydraulic brake assist (if equipped), and the cooling fan for the side mounted radiator if you have one are all powered by the engine driven hydraulic pump. This hydraulic pump is not belt driven, but it is driven from the timing case on the engine.

There are many variations in the engine driven hydraulic systems on Beaver coaches with some even using two hydraulic pumps with one being driven from the engine timing case and the other one being driven from a PTO on the transmission. Some coaches use this hydraulic system to only run the power steering while others also run the radiator fan and/or brake assist, but all coaches use it for power steering.

On our 1991 Contessa with the 3116 CAT the hydraulic pump was belt driven by a triple sheave pump. This was on the Gillig chassis and was used for the power steering and the side radiator.
