The bedroom slide seems to be operating a bit more lethargically - slower going out and coming in. Any thoughts? Should I be concerned about an imminent failure?

Lawrence,
Could be due to low voltage to the motor or the mechanism and seals need lubrication. In any case it won't get better by itself unless it's due to low battery voltage.
