Nothing in the steering wheel is working wipers, horn cruise

Does anybody know where the fuse panel is the circuit breakers down in left side box are good but the steering wheel no horn no wipers no cruise control nothing working. Any help would be appreciated. It is a 2006 Beaver Patriot thunder 525

   Buzzy,
  Under the VIP smart wheel is a device called a "clock spring" that transfers the information from each of the buttons on the steering wheel. It is not uncommon for these to fail. Further down the steering column where it tilts, there is a plug that connects wires. Sometimes that plug comes apart. The information from the smart wheel goes to a command module located in the drivers consol. Note: The clock spring looks like a ribbon cable for a computer.

   Thanks Bill, you are correct. The earlier version had the contact ring with the 2 carbon brushes and the later version had the "pre- wound" clock spring with the ribbon connector. Fred
