Rounded shower door on 2001 Beaver Marquis

Those shiny tile floors, such as in our Marquis, are very slippery when wet.  After my first slip and fall, which was immediately after purchasing the coach over 6 years ago, we bought rubber-backed throw rugs for the floors in front of the bedroom vanity, outside the shower, and in the kitchen.  No more falls and slipping is not a problem.  We don't need to hold the shower door when stepping in and out.  Plus, it's much nicer to step out of the shower onto a throw rug instead of a cold tile floor.

Doug Allman:
When we bought coach we found after the door was scraping along the top that there was no strip of any kind in the slot on top of the metal curved rail. Rollers were riding on the metal top rail. We installed the new pvc strip in the slot after we layed a bead of the lexel to hold it in place.

Does any member have a source for the shower door parts top and bottom.  My top bar is sagging which will not allow the bottom guides to hold the door closed at the bottom

The last that I heard, BCS (Beaver Coach Sales) was stocking parts for this shower enclosure with the exception of the door. Another option would be an RV salvage yard, especially if you have a broken door. These shower assemblies were used in some Beavers, Monaco, Country Coach, Foretravel, Newell, and Prevost conversions. So there are a lot of them out there in high end coaches if you can find one in a salvage yard.
