Doing some upgrades on our 1997 Patriot and thinking ov flooring. Wife wants a solid surface (not carpet0 what is the lightest.

The engineered laminates are light, extremely durable and relatively easy to install. I installed in my coach (replaced carpet) about 3 years ago and we are very happy with it.

I expect vinyl tile would qualify, but the real deal tile would be best if weight isn't really that big an issue.

Hey Richard, check into using an LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile). Very lightweight, looks like real ceramic if you choose the right pattern, easy to install, requires no grout, wears & cleans great. I have pics of mine shown here at this link: http://forum.bacrallies.com/m-1360757109/. Bryan
