Dash a/c fan pressure switch.

Does anyone  know what type of   pressure switch  I have on my dash a/c evaporator fan circuit??

I Seem to remember it was called a trynary switch and was located just above the gen on the front cap.

The good news is most of the time there is a valve like a tire valve below that sensor that gets depressed by the new pressure switch. If you remove it, before you reach the end of the threads hopefully the gas flow will stop and you should not lose much charge. Hopefully that is what your configuration is like.

Hi Ed,
   yup......it is a Schraeder valve   so hopefully we will not loose any R134a refrigerant.   Jeremy
