Coach wiring diagrams for TV & Stereo Systems
« on: July 27, 2014, 10:34:23 PM »
In our 2004 Marquis are two TV/Stereo setups that are also connected to the Aladdin system.  As technologies change we have a need to upgrade but with wires running everywhere (in and out of walls) it's difficult to know what was connected to what.

I'm hoping that somebody can help me track down wiring diagrams for the stereo, TV, satellite and outside Bose speakers.  Without the wiring diagrams I'm left with many questions, such as....

- To what are the outside Bose speakers connected?  The Living room Bose Lifestyle system or the bedroom Bose 3-2-1 system?
- The satellite system is definitely connected to the living room TV.  Are wires run so that it could also be connected to the bedroom TV?

Thanks

Wire running everywhere is a understatement. What I had to do with the Patriot Thunder to figure out what went where I took a roll of cheapo speaker wire attached a clip on each end of about 50' of it and used my multimeter to just start checking wires, coax cables and so on, labeling each as I found out what it was. I have the original wiring diagram book for this Beaver but it was no help with any of the entertainment systems. The Tv coax cables in it were all screwed up. Anyway good luck I'm sure somebody in here has went through the exact thing you are doing.

Rick,
Go to the Members Only section. The first "stickey" is for members only and will take you to a link to the Coach Assist area. There you will find wiring diagrams for a 2003 Beaver Marquis. Part 1 covers Entertainment wiring.

Rick,
The answers to your questions are;
1. The outside speakers are tied to the living room system.
2. There is a coax and a set of RCA cables that run to the rear TV.
