Robert, I am so glad that "Carol's Coach Concoction II"  worked so well for you!  I spent much time mixing ingredients to get the right mix.  At the time, there was nothing that worked well enough, in my opinion, so I made something that did.  When we had the awning removed and resealed, no one believed that it actually WAS leaking because the walls were so clean.  Lol!  The shop had "professionals" clean the areas I couldn't get to (behind some cabinets and behind the couch), but I had to step in and do it myself because their products didn't work.  I think they are still using the CCCII method still today!  Lol!
Anyway, that's enough about me... ;)
TODAY I no longer mix all that stuff...because, like so many others on this forum, I discovered Folex!!!  Awesome stuff!  It works fantastic and it is real cheap!  So, if you go to Home Depot to buy some be sure to buy a few bottles as it is very popular and they sell out fast!   :D

Outstanding. Thanks Carol. From this thread there appears to be many happy Folex customers. We will grab some and give it a try.

Just checked Home Depot online and they have discontinued Folex, you can still get it at Amazon.

We just purchased at Ace Hardware in Florida ourselves.  Works really well.

They have another product called Tech that is great (you could do crime scene clean ups with this stuff).
