Tip on restoring cherry or walnut cabinet wood
« on: September 25, 2015, 03:08:48 AM »
Over the last 17 years while living full time in 2 Beaver coaches we have successfully  used 3m Finesse to revive the finish on lacquered finish cherry and walnut cabinets. We have not use this on ultra gloss finishes used on the Marquis. The product is also my first choice  in taking out minor abrasion  in clear coat. The product is available at Industrial  Finishes with several  locations in the west coast and professional body shop suppliers. Recently we had our floors replaced and found several areas with glue on our cabinets and the 3m Finesse  quickly removed the glue and improved the wood shine.

Lee not familiar  with the product  you mentioned. The 3m product Finesse is primarly used for scratch removal for  clear coat.
Another use is to use as my final finish when l resurface our Corian counter tops.
Hope this helps.
