3M mask cleaner?

Any special cleaner you folks use for the 3M clear mask?  I think we smacked into most of the Wisconsin bugs on our trip last weekend.

Thanks,

Larry

Lots of warm water and a very soft rag.  I tried other things and ruined ours.

I use a laundry anti static Bounce sheet in a bucket of water. Put the wet bounce sheet right on your wash brush for stubborn bugs. Allow to soak to dissolve bugs. Rinse well.

When traveling, once every week or two I clean the front, at least the mask part, headlights, mirror backs, etc., and apply a simple spray-and-wipe silicone or wax treatment.  If more ambitious, I get up and do the brow once in awhile.  I do it during a leisurely period of the stay and when the sun isn't hard shining on it, so it is relatively quick and easy.  Cleaning off the bugs then becomes a heck of a lot less work.
