parking brake / driveline brake part number

 I need the part numbers  for the driveline/parking brake on a 2000 beaver patriot thunder  what  I am   looking for are the part numbers for the caliper rotor and pads  I believe the original unit was a Hayes brake . we are sitting at Henderson's  line - up in  Grants Pass and Robert & Don have been  trying to help even a casting number for the unit would be helpful

I had this done last year. Parts ordered from Beaver Coach Sales brake pads part #s C92916 [2 @ 63.95 = $127.90].

I had the calipers replaced a few years before that but haven't been able to find the invoice yet .... hope this helps and good luck.
