Bill Sprague:
The Monterey we had is the one in the headlight video that Roy wired.

Aiming was critical and really hard to do because of where the adjustment screws are.

Jim Nichols:
You're right on navigator headlamp assy's for your replacement. Relay upgrade is a must because of the smart wheel wiring. LED lamp bulbs are still up in the air for me. I did install and had to modify to get rid of heat. They just didn't project the light like the original halogen bulbs so changed back. Someone said BCS will upgrade to LED bulbs but I have no idea what brand. The more you pay for LED the better for headlight, but you still have to deal with heat. The factory bulbs get very hot also and the back of the headlamp assembly has to be sealed because you DO NOT want dust in the area of the reflector. I'm still researching LED headlamp bulbs.

Joe Rhea:
what model Navigator for the light assemble?

Jim Nichols:
1998-2002 Lincoln Navigator headlamp assy's. Remove the 4 nuts (7/16") unplug headlamps, turn signal and side marker. After removing the assy you will notice the slight mods that are necessary to remount the new.

Joe Rhea:
Thanks Jim
