Apparently the culprit is the plastic lens themselves that micro-crack.  Sealing around the edge doesn't fix that.  That's why lexan lenses, as Bill alluded to, would be preferable- they shouldn't crack.

Hi Bill L . Part numbers for the KII are molded in to the lens. I have attached a photo of mine, but might no be the same as yours. I have an 05 Monterey. They are not in the catalog but Kaper does have them in stock. 800 336 2011

Bill,
A water leak in the front clearance area is usually cause by a crack in the clearance light itself. The water leaks into the light until it reaches the opening in the back of the lamp where the blub and socket are inserted and it then leaks into the coach through this opening.

Found these submersible clearance lights. Gerald, is there a gasket behind the clearance lights? I have an intermittent windshield leak,
at least I thought it was from the windshield, now I don't know.

Bill,
Yes, there is a gasket under the clearance lights, but due to the unevenness of the fiberglass cap surface that they mount into, they have to be sealed with a good sealer like Lexel to prevent leaks on almost all coaches.
