I'm sorry to hear this problem is more widespread than just us - pity.  :'(

We tried to see if we could get a replacement part through a service centre we use but were told Norcold won't send out the part without having details about work orders etc. That's a pain because it means we'll have to hang around some service place while they futz around to satisfy Norcold and get them to ship the part - sigh. As I detailed before we have definitely isolated the problem to being that unit.

Does anyone have details of what it was for? I'm wondering if it is intended as an overheating cutoff for the electric, propane or both?

William,
I just added the Norcold 1200 Service Manual/Parts List to the Technical Library. It's located in Coach Assist in the Private BAC Members Only board.  http://beaveramb.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Norcold_1200_Series_Refer_Manual.pdf

Page 29 covers fuses.

Thanks Ed for adding the Norcold Service Manual.  I had to change the engine batteries out a few days ago as they were not holding enough energy to start.  Could this in some way effect the refrigerator issue?  Rainy weekend here
