Can anyone provide a description of what these relays circled in RED are used for? All other relays and breakers have a function table on the door but I can find no definition for these.

Gene,
I'm pretty sure they are part of the dual control dash heat/AC system. That's where they were located on our 00 Marquis. See Acme AC in the heating and AC section of Coach Assist for a diagram.

Thanks, number of relays matches and functions not duplicated in the other banks. So looks like maybe they used the same design here over a number of years.
