Does anyone know where I can buy this part? The company that might have it that I know of charges a lot for its parts and a handling charge to boot!

TC,
That's made up of multiple parts. Take it to a plumbing supply shop or a home improvement place like Lowes, Home Depot , or Ace and they should have the parts.

The fittings you are looking for are Aqualock brand for PEX pipe.
As Steve mentioned that manifold you have pictured is made up of several fittings .
On these fittings you can depress the end collar next to the pex tubing to release the fitting and slide it off the end of the tubing so you may only have to replace the one that's broken.

If you Google Aqualock fittings you should be able to find them on Amazon.

Another replacement for the Aqualock fittings is the Flairs it fittings these have a locking nut which holds the fittings on the tubing instead of the finger trap arrangement that Aqualock uses they both are made for PEX pipe and work well.

Hope this helps
